Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following their successful payment. The following shipping times apply to all orders:
Canadian Orders
Regular Shipping: 2-9 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Orders
Regular Shipping: 5-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-8 business days
We are not responsible for lost packages. The option for expedited shipping is available upon checkout, which includes tracking information and fully insures any order. Our loss percentage for Canadian orders is less than 0.5%.
